On December 8, 2022, the First Yangtze River Delta REITs Forum and China REITs Forum 2022 Annual Conference was held online. The theme was "Accelerating the pace of revitalizing the stock of infrastructure REITs". This conference was organized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, China REITs Forum, and Yangtze River Delta Infrastructure REITs Industry Alliance, and supported by the Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office, Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission. REITs Institute was officially inaugurated at the conference.
